Karma Yoga Intensive Program
October 27, 2011 to November 6th 2011
Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat, Nassau Bahamas:

This is a 10 day program in the Ashram in the Bahamas. It is a Karma Yoga Program, so our group lives in the Ashram and we practice and spend our time working on various projects to refresh and enhance the ashram (painting, gardening, cooking, cleaning dishes, etc.). We participate fully in all aspects of Ashram life, morning meditation and satsang, daily asana class, daily teachings, selfless service (6hrs/day) and evening satsang. The cost of the program will be your flight and travel to and from both airports. We will arrange a group discount for the flights. Accommodation in shared cabins and 2 meals/day are included in the experience. A donation to the ashram at your discretion would be greatly appreciated.
