What kind of yoga will I practice?

The "Stretch Yoga" flow was put together by Benjamin Wein, and includes a combination of postures taken from classical style of Hatha yoga. Although there are many styles of yoga, the differences are usually about emphasis, such as focusing on strict alignment of the body, coordination of breath and movement, holding the postures, or the flow from one posture to another. All of the styles share a common lineage. The flow includes warm up postures, standing postures and floor postures.

Anyone can practice this flow! Just remember be kind to yourself when you practice. Go slowly, especially in the beginning, and listen to your body. It knows what it can do. If it says "stop," stop. Don't push it. Yoga is not a competitive sport.
