Sivananda Yoga Class

Developed by Swami Vishnu Devananda, a disciple of Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh India, the class incorporates both pranayama (breathing exercises) and asanas (postures).

There are 12 basic asanas, including inversion postures like headstand and shoulder stand. This class is not a class to just "drop-in" every once in a while (unless you are a regular practitioner somewhere else). In order to get the full benefit it is best to come regularly so your practice can grow and deepen.
